Which states can you ship to?
We're currently able to ship wine to the following 13 states - California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming. Stay tuned as we grow this list...
What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping for all wine orders over 6 bottles. For anything under that, we offer a simple $9 flat rate. Please note, we have a 2 bottle order minimum for all orders.
When will my order arrive?
Our orders ship via UPS Ground. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 1-5 business days for delivery. Look out for a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order leaves our facility.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Shoot us an email at hola@losgauchoswines.com and we'll get that taken care of, asap.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email hola@losgauchoswines.com. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, but we’ll do our best!
What is your return policy?
At this time, we only accept returns for merch items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on wine. To return merch items, email us at hola@losgauchoswines.com.

Where is your wine made?
Our winery is located in Mendoza, Argentina.
How much sulfur is added to your wine?
Around 20-25 ppm of sulfur is added to our wine before bottling (conventional wines can contain 350+!).
What is the ABV percentage of your wines?
Torrontes: 13%
Malbec Rosé: 13.53%
Malbec: 13.5%
Cabernet Franc-Petit Verdot: 13.8%
Cabernet Sauvignon: 13.8%
How is your wine aged?
Our wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, which allows our wines to retain the original personality and characteristic flavors of the grapes.
